Four Pillars of LT Wresting
Accountability
Some of the greatest measures of any wrestler is self accountability. There is no one to point fingers at. You have to look within and ask, “What can I do better next time?”
Resilience
Fighting to get off your back when you have nothing left is the mindset of Resilience and studies show it’s a far greater predictor of success than just about anything.
Hard Work
Relentless hard work is what drives and pushes you forward. Surving through a wrestling room means showing up and giving it your all and will and makes everything else in life easy.
Teamwork
Although wrestling is an individual sport, the bond that develops from practicing, wrestling, and rooting for each other helps to develop what it means to pull together to and achieve goals.
